Kariss Carridis graduated in Criminology and Criminal Justice in 2014, inspired by a passion for understanding behaviour and supporting young people to thrive.
Her career spans education, youth justice, crime prevention, violence reduction, and family support services.
Throughout, she has remained committed to building positive relationships, raising aspirations, reducing risks, and empowering young people to make positive choices and lead fulfilling lives.
