Facilitators work directly with young people, run regular group sessions and help young people develop positive relationship that enables them to live successfully in their homes.

Jane Buchanan joined the Staffordshire House Project in September 2023 and brings over 20 years of experience supporting young adults to live independently.

She is passionate about helping care‑experienced young people build confidence, manage their own homes, and take control of their future.

Jane enjoys supporting young people to explore opportunities and achieve their goals.
